Basic information about our services

We provide a door-to-door service, which means that we will pick you up directly in your hotel (or any other place specified in the booking) and take you directly to the other hotel (or any other place) in chosen destination for no extra charge.
We try to arrange our schedule according to your needs. Just fill your preferred time of departure into the booking form and we will inform you whether it is possible or offer you the closest departure time possible.
We charge no extra for oversize luggage (like bikes etc.).
We offer a refreshment during the ride. Non alcoholic beverages and czech beer is free on board.
Payments are accepted in CZK or EUR.
Once we confirm your booking, we do not cancel it because of low number of passengers (as some of the Cesky Krumlov based transport companies did in the past according to numerous threads in travel related phorums on the internet). Due to our diverse fleet of cars we are able to transport even only two persons.
We offer discounts for groups of four passengers and more.
Unlike other so called companies, we have a proper business license and insurance.
Each of our cars is insured against an accident covering the damage to both property (including luggages) and health to up to 2.9 milion Euros

To book the transfer or just to check the availability please use the booking form, where you can fill in all the necessary information we need to know (such as number of passengers, date of your trip, preferred time of arrival etc.).
Once you submit the form, we will get back to you with the details of your transfer within a few hours (maximum 24 hours).
